THE GIG
Working closely with the Director, Digital Marketing, this role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing our multi-channel marketing campaigns.
You will support the utilization of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) for campaign setup and incrementality testing, ensuring that our media investments deliver maximum ROI.
Your insights will help shape our performance marketing strategies and enhance our customer engagement and customer LTV.
- CDP Utilization : Collaborate with the digital marketing and site merchandising teams to effectively set up and utilize our Customer Data Platform and first party data for targeted campaign execution, audience segmentation and reporting.
- Campaign Analysis and Reporting : Monitor and analyze performance metrics across various digital channels, including organic and paid search, paid social, display / video, email, SMS and affiliate marketing.
Inclusive of brand lift studies and halo analyses.
- Data Visualization : Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Incrementality Testing : Design and execute incrementality tests to measure the true impact of marketing efforts, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Optimization Strategies : Identify opportunities for optimization within existing and new campaigns, utilizing A / B testing, audience insights, and competitive analysis to enhance performance.
- Media Tag Management : Working with the global tech team, support media tag management and container tag optimization to maximize data signals, ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaign performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, media channel leads, and creative teams to align performance media efforts with overall brand objectives.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance our media strategies and tactical execution.

To join our team, you will also possess these qualities :
- 3+ years of experience in performance media analysis or a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms and campaign management tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and their performance metrics.
- Data-driven mindset to analyze campaign performance on a weekly basis (experience using Supermetrics, Power BI, Looker Studio or other dashboard building tools a plus).
- Fluency in Google Analytics 4 (or equivalent analytics platform), familiar with MTA solutions, Google Search Console, Google Adwords, Bing Ads, and Meta (other ad engines a plus), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with multiple business units and manage multiple projects.
