หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ Job Description and Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze training needs based on the competency management system, business objectives and employees’ performance review to build the annual training plan and design suitable training programs.
- Adapt and apply various learning methods (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, OJT) and approaches (e.g., design thinking, micro learning, agile) or digital learning to IDP Targets.
- Lead the interactions with internal stakeholders on development strategies, communication plans, customized development plans and training platforms, etc.
to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
- Initiate Employee Engagement Event & Activities, HR Communications to promoting L&D & VOE satisfaction rate
- Monitor & control budget

- At least 5-7 years working experience in Learning and Development & employee engagement event & activities
- Experience with group facilitation, Trainer, Training & Development design, and job design preferred.
- Communication and presentation skills. Project management. Stakeholder management. Self-motivated
- Attention to detail and excellent.
- Competent in computer programs MS Office, Excel, Power-Point
