Responsibilities :

  • Manage payroll process
  • Provide orientation programs for new hires
  • Provide guidance regarding employee relations and engagement
  • Manage employee advocacy and conflict resolution
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding
  • Develop and oversee employee benefits and wellness programs
  • Develop, promote, and enforce personnel policies
  • Promote employee career development and job training
  • Serve as a primary contact for work-site injuries or accidents
  • Oversee employee benefits

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SHRM or PHR certification
  • 3-5+ years of experience in the field
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong communications skills
  • High discretion and ethics
  • Skilled at conflict resolution
