Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to provide Technical Training and Instructional Services for Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific (EWTGP) as an N9 Training Specialist.
Travel may be required.
Requirements :
- Performed as an Instructor with Expeditionary / Joint Fires; Specialized experience : Curriculum Developer, Curriculum Administrator, and Instructor
- Possess extensive USMC / USN instructor knowledge based on a background which includes graduation from the Navy and Marine Corps basic instructor courses and curriculum development courses
- Possess the ability to operate independently, planning, scheduling, and executing projects and programs
- Possess the capability to deliver professional, complete, accurate, and standardized instructional products
- Possess the ability to represent the command at various conferences and meetings on matters under the cognizance of the N9 Learning Standards Directorate and in support of the command mission and goals

- Possess the ability to translate tasking into specific actions and execute them in a manner that achieves the objectives within scheduled guidance
- Possess the ability to perceive emerging problems and have the initiative and knowledge to take appropriate action
- Exhibit the ability to enter curriculum into the Authoring Instructional Material (AIM) and the Marine Corps Training Instructional Management System (MCTIMS) authoring systems
- Exhibit the knowledge and ability to train military instructors in the use of command directed authoring systems (AIM / MCTIMS)
- Exhibit a high degree of judgment, resourcefulness, originality, and the ability to foresee the impact of changing technology on Programs of Instruction
- Ability to enter data and run reports from Navy and Marine Corps training databases (CeTARs / MCTIMS)
- Able to occasionally travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft (less than 5% of the time and most often within a 50-mile commuting distance to support training at bases within the Southwest region)
Security Clearance
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
