How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the production plant. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate staff.

The Plant Supervisor is expected to ensure that the production and safety standards are met and that the highest quality product is produced.

They must be familiar with the production process and be able to identify potential problems and take corrective action.

This position is a hands-on in the plant with helping fill Medical gases.

The purpose of a Plant Supervisor is to oversee the day-to-day operations within the plant, ensuring that production goals are met in a safe and efficient manner.

The Plant Supervisor is responsible for direction, motivating and monitoring staff, monitoring production and quality control, ensuring compliance with regulations, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.

The Plant Supervisor works to ensure that safety standard are met, and that the plant is running at peak efficiency. The Plant Supervisor is also responsible for training, coaching, and developing employees to meet the needs of the plant.

Additional duties and projects as may be assigned.

Are you a MATCH?

High School Diploma or GED

Prior Experience utilizing SAP preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience working in a leadership role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Prefer prior technical experience with compressed gasses.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with others in both favorable and unfavorable situations regardless of status of position.

Accepts cultural diversity and establishes effective working relationships.

Time management skills and the ability to delegate.

Forklift experience preferred.
