We are currently looking to add a Commercial Account Executive to our commercial lines department. We are in Smithfield, Rhode Island right off Route 295.
We are a family-run agency that has been in business for 70 years and we specialize in all aspects of Commercial Lines insurance.
The job position is Monday Friday (9 : 00 am to 5 pm) with an excellent benefits package and competitive salary.
Responsibilities :
- Present company products and services to new and existing customers
- Manage and service an existing book of business
- Process renewals, endorsements, claims, and certificates
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Work hand and hand with a commercial lines producer
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Commercial Lines
- Familiarity with Agency Management Systems
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
