Job Title : Sales Order Administrator
Job Description
Global boitech company is seeking a dedicated Sales Order Administrator to join the Customer Service department!
Responsibilities
- Review open cases in Salesforce daily to process customer sales orders
- Perform Data entry, track and maintain records in database
- Enter purchase order information and tag the PO Document to generate Sales Order number
- Enter in the open sales order information, the purchase order, billing, shipping information, check for accuracy and submit to create order packet
- Once packet is done, the sales order, the purchase order will be generated for the the customer and for our records
- Change ticket status from IN PROGRESS to PENDING QC
- Send Slack updates to cross-functional departments to perform Quality Check on sales orders
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Pleasanton, California and some days remote.
Work Environment
Business casual attire. One day remote work. Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. After proficiency in the role, there is a possibility of two days remote work and flexible start times (7 : 30 AM - 4 PM or 8 : 30 AM - 5 PM).ASa
