With your Property & Casualty (P&C) license and industry experience, you will provide exceptional service while supporting the agency's continued success and advancement.

Compensation : $40,000 - $60,000 plus attractive commission incentives

- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing proactive service.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and place coverage.
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes.
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of insurance products to potential clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in agency management systems.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Support other team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions and transactions.
Qualifications :
Education / License : Must hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales and service.
