A company is looking for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst.Key Responsibilities : Coordinate sales compensation programs across the enterpriseAnalyze sales performance metrics and market trends to assess and enhance compensation plansAdminister day-to-day operations of the sales incentive program and educate the sales team on compensation plansRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience in sales compensation analysis or related rolesProficiency in analytical tools and software such as Excel, Salesforce, or other CRM systemsSolid understanding of sales processes, metrics, and sales incentive standard methodologiesKnowledge of relevant sales compensation regulations and industry standards
