We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Store Operations :
- Develop and execute sales and profit plans aligned with budgetary goals to ensure store profitability.
- Monitor daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual performance using financial reporting tools.
- Manage team member coverage, scheduling, and labor costs efficiently.
- Supervise cash and media management, POS duties, and opening / closing procedures.
- Uphold proper loss prevention standards and maintain a well-merchandised store as per visual presentation plans.
- Effectively plan, execute, and communicate sales promotions and new product information.
Product Quality :
- Maintain adherence to Company recipes and procedures for consistent high-quality products.
- Educate team members on products and conduct tastings for quality assurance
Training & Development :
- Provide continuous training in operating standards, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Cultivate a positive work environment encouraging input from team members.
- Set performance objectives, measure team member performance, and offer coaching for improvement.
- Ensure team members are adequately trained for efficient role performance.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of food chain store experience required; college education preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective multitasking.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must handle food, beverages, and sharp objects comfortably.
- Previous experience with burgers and pastrami is advantageous.
- Possession of a food handler's license.
