The Cincinnati Insurancepanies are currently seeking an experienced underwriter for the Personal Lines Underwriting Department in the Gilbert, AZ office.

Salary Range : The pay range for this position is $60,000-$110,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities.

Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based onpany and individual performance.

Be ready to :

Underwriters provide underwriting support and service to agencies in an assigned territory and contribute to ourpany's profitability by :

• consulting agencies with sound advice and decisions that will lead to profit and growth for the agencies andpany
• managing territories toward successful results including profitability, growth and new business
• developing relationships with agencies, field associates and home office associates to foster a collaborative team approach to agency success

Be equipped with :

Bring education and experience from :

• 2-5 years of personal lines insurance
• a bachelor's degree
• CPCU or other industry designations a plus
