Responsibilities :
- Calls on potential customers to solicit new business.
- Interacts with existing customers to solicit additional orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Field and respond to product inquiries and follow up (convert to sales)
- Large orders / ensure customer is on same page (follow through entire process)
- Perform various customer service-related activities
- Gather information on current and potential customer increase sales
- Identify and prospect new B2B sales opportunities through research, networking, and client relations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
KPI's :
- Number of outbound calls
- Number of outbound emails
- Average order value
- Sales conversion rate
- Revenue from manual orders
Qualifications :
- Customer service experience / skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of supplements and raw materials (ingredients) preferred
