Job Description :

This role will support the PO Invoicing Processing in the AP Department. This role includes processing Material (Inventory) type invoices in Oracle and performing a -way match online.

Candidate will be processing anywhere between min -+ invoices (after fully trained).

Responsibilites :

Minimum of to years AP experience (Invoice Processing experience).

way electronic match (not paper) within a large company using one of the following ERP systems : Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or QuickBooks.

Ability to handle high volumes of work.

Must be able to multitask and still remain focused.

Customer support experience as well as AP background is a plus.

Analytical skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Excellent human relationship skills a must.
