Crest is looking for an HR Payroll Administrator to provide professional level payroll, benefits, and human resources service to our expanding company.

Examples of Duties :
- Assists with ensuring employment and payroll activities related to hiring, personnel status changes, and terminations are properly documented and maintained in personnel files and entered in to HRIS / Payroll system accurately.
- Responsible for processing payroll; verifying hours are entered correctly, deductions are accurate, processing tax and direct deposit changes, entering and processing garnishments and various payroll duties.
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Conducts recruitment efforts for personnel, including development and placement of advertisements, screening for qualified applicants, scheduling of interviews and assisting with interviews as necessary.
- Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
- Administers benefits by entering, approving, and processing new hire benefits, qualifying events, and enter benefit information into carrier sites not set up on file feeds.
- Assist with facilitating Open Enrollment meetings, new hire benefit meetings, and billing reconciliations.
- Assist with FMLA, submitting disability claim paperwork and, entering information into payroll as necessary.
- Assist with departmental compliance audits for human Resources, 401K, payroll, and benefits.
- Responsible for required federal, state, and municipal employment poster requirements.
- Responsible for coordinating with various departments regarding employee business card orders, name plates, licensing status and marketing information for company website.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Responsible for various administrative and clerical needs of the HR department.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience and 1 year of payroll experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education, experience and / or training.
- Must have intermediate level skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Must have solid computer skills to navigate multiple shared company drives.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high level of quality and productivity and keen attention to detail.
- Must be able to work extended hours when necessary to meet critical deadlines such as payroll and benefits open enrollment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience administering HR or Payroll for employees located in Colorado and / or California.
- Experience with iSolved HRIS / Payroll.
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Knowledge of and skill in applying the principles, practices, and procedures of human resources administration in the areas of recruitment and employment.

- Knowledge of and skill in interpreting and applying state and federal statues and applicable rules and regulations related to the management of human resources.
- Skill in effectively using a variety of communication processes.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to exercise poise, tactfulness, and diplomacy in sensitive and confidential situations, as well as the ability to negotiate win-win outcomes.
