Our client is a dynamic leader in the eCommerce and ergonomic office solutions industry, seeking a Creative Services Manager to lead and elevate their creative department.

This role is ideal for a seasoned creative professional with experience building iconic brands and managing high-performing creative teams.

The ideal candidate will drive the creative vision and execution for the company, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

Our client is focused on creating top-tier ergonomic office solutions that enhance health and efficiency. As the Creative Services Manager , you will oversee the creative department and manage a team of designers, copywriters, video producers, and photographers to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to amplify brand identity, manage external resources, and ensure creative excellence across all platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Team Leadership & Development : Lead and mentor the creative team, ensuring professional growth and a collaborative working environment.
• Brand Management : Maintain and evolve the brand’s style guide and design standards, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs.
• Project Management : Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery that meets both budget and business impact priorities.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the executive team, channel managers, and other departments (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing) to align creative efforts with business goals.
• Creative Execution : Manage internal and external creative resources, ensuring high-quality outputs in graphic design, 3D rendering, video production, and photography.
• Content Oversight : Collaborate with New Product Development and Marketing teams to produce visual content for product listings, web pages, and marketing materials.
• Strategic Vision : Bring innovative ideas and a strong strategic approach to elevate the brand to new heights.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 7+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role in creative services.
• Proven ability to direct, mentor, and build trust with creative teams.
• Strong background in creative disciplines, including video production, 3D rendering, graphic design, and photo editing.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal leadership and manage expectations.
• Proficiency in GSuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and a solid understanding of current creative media trends.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high-quality results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience working in a creative marketing team.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with industry-specific software.
