JOB SUMMARY
The primary focus of this role is to provide strategic direction and oversee the operations, alignment and completeness of Curriculum Design deliverables for Fine Arts grades K-12 as well as continuing long lasting relationships in the Houston community regarding Fine Arts implementation.
The Director 1 plays a critical role in driving organizational success by setting goals, developing strategies, and ensuring effective implementation Fine Arts operations and integration within the district.
This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to give critical feedback.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a similar industry or organization
