We are looking for an Escrow Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include :
Primary Responsibilities :
Establishing and maintaining business relationships.
Hiring and training new staff.
Ability to independently handle a file from Sales Contract through Closing.
Ensuring daily branch operations are conducted in accordance with operations standards.
Establishing and monitoring processes for accurate and timely processing of title, scheduling, closing preparation, closing, and post-closing.
Coordinating with business partners to ensure smooth transitions and support between land, construction, sales, accounting, and mortgage.
Management Responsibilities :
Ensuring appropriate staffing to meet department needs.
Utilizing recruiting and selection tools / processes to build organizational talent.
Evaluating employee performance and plan for compensation actions in accordance with that performance.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Required Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
Notary Public highly preferred or required after employment
FL Title Agent License preferred or required after employment
Required Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of Escrow Operations Experience.
Minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level or above.
Specialize in RESPA with an understanding of the company's underwriting guidelines.
Efficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, One Note, and SoftPro is a plus.
Knowledge of real estate law and title escrow curative procedures is preferred.
Experience with Closing at the table.
