• Warmly greet guests upon eye contact, providing energetic and prompt service
• Drive company sales growth and profitability through customer-centric selling, teamwork, superior product knowledge, and impeccable customer experience.
• Possess extensive knowledge about Kreation offerings, including ingredients and benefits
• Exceed guest expectations by delivering a positive and complete experience

About Kreation Organic : In 2007, Kreation began as an organic café serving a Mediterranean-Persian cuisine on Montana Ave.

in Santa Monica by Marjan Sarshar.

Requirements :

• Previous 2 years customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Passion, knowledge, interest in health, fitness and / or wellness.
• Ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Able to stand for the duration of shifts, often up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds, up to 5 times per shift
• Comfortable with exposure to steam, varying temperatures, and humidity
• High energy, excellent communication, team-oriented, and diligent work ethic
• Must obtain a Food Handler's Card and complete all required training and certifications within 2 weeks of hire date
• Hours vary Monday Sunday, days, evenings, and weekends. Must have flexible availability including holidays
