Position Overview :
As the RN Clinical Review Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and documentation practices.
You will lead the coordination of clinical reviews and quality assurance initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your insights will guide our clinical practices and enhance patient satisfaction, ultimately contributing to exceptional quality of care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in training and coordinating clinical review and quality assurance activities.
- Lead the review of clinical care appropriateness and documentation practices for patients / residents.
- Analyze quality data to identify areas needing improvement.
- Monitor patient satisfaction to ensure excellent quality of care.
- Oversee chart audits and performance improvement planning for all programs.
- Manage Midas and infection oversight to track and develop performance improvement plans.
- Support best practices for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and assist with policy review and maintenance.
Work Schedule :
This hospice role works Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm, with an on-call rotation for 7 consecutive days approximately once a month.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related clinical field required; Master’s preferred (health-related clinical degree; master’s or doctorate preferred).
- 3 years of recent home health and / or hospice experience required; 5 years preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in providing individualized care to patients / residents, with a comprehensive understanding and extensive clinical experience in documentation for home health and / or hospice patients.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Valid CO Driver’s License.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to perform sedentary work with prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally
