Job Summary
Join our IT team as an ITAM intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, managing hardware and software, and assisting in IT projects.
You'll troubleshoot issues, help maintain our systems, and contribute to the implementation of new technologies. This internship offers the opportunity to develop your skills, work on real-world problems, and learn from experienced IT professionals.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing, auditing, and organizing inventory.
- Update and maintain the service catalog and procurement portal.
- Verify the accuracy and pay invoices
- Manage Incident & Service Requests
- Make improvements where possible
- Document all internal procedures
- Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees.
- Assist business users with IT procurement, returns, and asset disposal
Qualifications
- Must be an extremely organized person.
- General knowledge of IT / Infrastructure, both hardware and software.
- Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present data in a meaningful manner.
- Ability to communicate clearly via phone and email with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for improvement in business processes.
- Must work out of the Company's corporate office.
