Apartment Maintenance - Weekly Pay and Hiring ASAP
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated maintenance technician to address a variety of maintenance issues within a couple of apartment buildings.
This role would include maintenance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and painting. This position is great for someone looking to further their maintenance career and interact with tenants to make a lasting impact on their home.
Responsibilities :
- Locate and identify maintenance issues
- Perform maintenance repairs on the building and in resident's homes
- Interact and provide great customer service with tenants
- HVAC repair including fixing heating and cooling problems
- Plumbing
- Residential painting
- Basic carpentry including replacing doors, windows, etc.
- Perform minor electrical repair
Hours :
- M-F 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
- On call rotating schedule Pay :
- $20-30 / hr
- $20-30 / hr
Requirements :
6 months of previous building maintenance experience
