This is a full time, long term opportunity located in Redding, CA. Requirements of the Mechanic / Electrical Technician :
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL Class A is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Mechanic and Electrical Technician, preferably in the area of specialty equipment and automobiles.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical circuits.
- Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive thought process; self-initiated future focused and change oriented behaviors.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE, NCCER, electrical licenses) a plus.
- Must be flexible with performing routine maintenance and repair off location.

Responsibilities of the Mechanic / Electrical Technician :
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on describe equipment or machinery , including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, circuits, and control systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement improvements and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
