Finance Manager - Wilmington, NC
DISHER is currently partnering with a manufacturing firm in Wilmington, North Carolina in their search for a Finance Manager.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the organization while also undertaking limited Human Resources responsibilities.

What you'll get to do :
- Manage month-end closing process including reconciliation of all related balance sheet accounts.
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements including all internal and external reporting to management, parent company, and financial institutions.
- Coordinating the year-end audit and tax return for preparation of audited financial statements and related tax compliance.
- Manage the accounting operations including the review of journal entries, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and statutory reporting.
- Provide advice and guidance on all accounting matters including financial systems, record keeping, analysis, and reporting.
- Administer payroll, 401K, and insurance.
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures when directed.
- Other related duties when required or assigned.
What will make you successful :
- Extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management.
- CPA or CMA.
- HR experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft AX / Dynamics software is preferred.
- Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- International business experience is an advantage.
