The SaaS Continuity Engineering team is responsible for the design and build of the systems and services that enables Oracle to deliver industry-leading availability and performance objectives for Oracle’s SaaS services.
The team architects and develops high-availability and service continuity solutions across the entire stack infrastructure, database, platform, and application services and all the dependent components.
The engineering innovations enable SaaS services to be available to customers without any disruptions even during large-scale incidents.
We are building the next-gen service continuity solutions in a fast-pace and innovative environment and looking for a highly skilled product manager to join our Service Continuity team.
As a Principal Product Manager you will be driving the creation of services and features for our SaaS services to deliver the highest level of availability and resiliency.
You will collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders including senior executives, architects, engineering teams, and external partners to take ideas, turn them into solutions, and deploy them to SaaS services across regions worldwide.
The successful candidate will have a passion for solving difficult problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a knack for creativity and innovative thinking, and a strong sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in public cloud services or enterprise software
- BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related technical field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work optimally with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical skills, with a passion to solve sophisticated technology and business problems
- Meticulous, structured and detailed, while also having the ability to see the big-picture

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud services (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS) in a public cloud environment (Examples : AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)

- Shown experience of defining system requirements, product planning, and test script

US : Hiring Range : from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
