Senior Brand Partnerships and Events, Entertainment
We're seeking a Senior Manager with deep experience in entertainment and In-Kind Brand Partnerships (specifically securing collaborations where the value exchange centers on branding, visibility, and access rather than direct spend).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of brand partnerships, experiential activations, and consumer events from concept to completion, balancing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Source and negotiate in-kind brand collaborations; build compelling outreach materials and manage partner relationships through the lifecycle of each activation.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, contracts, and deliverables, working closely with agencies, legal, and cross-functional partners to ensure flawless execution.
- Develop creative ideas and strategic approaches that align with brand priorities and stand out in cultural spaces.
- Prepare polished presentations, updates, and recaps for leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
What We're Looking For
7–10 years of experience in entertainment or related industry (10+ years without a degree).Background in brand partnerships, experiential events, or activations with a focus on non-monetary / in-kind deals.Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams.Strategic, creative thinker with strong presentation skills and an eye for design.Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Keynote, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).Agency experience in partnerships or experiential is a plus, though client-side experience is key.Passion for pop culture, media, and entertainment is essential.Job Details
