We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making an impact in the intersection of Sales, Product and Strategy & Operations to join our newly built Product Adoption Strategy & Operations (PASO) team.
As a PASO Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving product adoption success through analytical insights, cross-functional planning, and setting up operational foundations for the broader Sales organization and Product Adoption specialist team.
You will also support emerging product monetization readiness efforts and work on special projects to optimize product roadmap and go-to-market approach.
Responsibilities :
Manage priority product adoption programs end-to-end in partnership with Product Adoption Specialist team, including Conduct target client analysis based ideal customer profileSet product adoption goals by sales channelTrack product adoption progress and outcomes on regular basis (weekly / monthly / quarterly depending on the product)Provide deep insights to senior leadership including team / account progress, market feedback, internal learnings, etc.
Advocate for technical tooling support requirements (e.g., Salesforce features, dashboard solutions, pitch tracking solutions).
Assist the Product Adoption team in synthesizing adoption learnings and adjusting the Go-to-Market (GTM) approach accordingly.
Collaborate with the Enablement team to ensure the completion of product adoption certification programs.Propose and plan incentives for advertisers and sales, if appropriate.
- Conduct data analysis to inform business planning , such as revenue incrementally impact by product, product best practice playbook by vertical
- Support integrated cross-functional planning across Product and Sales Centralize prioritization of Sales product asks with quantifiable revenue impactSet objective and solution targets as part of annual planning and check progress on quarterly basisDistill product impact in revenue incrementality and productivity efficiency
- Support emerging product monetization readiness efforts , including operationalizing Sales model, setting up internal tracking and tooling, ensuring clear go-to-market approach with cross-functional partners, forming distinctive adoption programs if necessary
Qualifications :
- Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience :
- years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
- Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.
- Experience in product adoption, product marketing, product management or similar function is preferred.
- Data Proficiency : Skilled in researching and analyzing complex and large data sets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Experience working across multiple business units, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate for successful program implementation.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in sales systems and tools (e.g., SFDC), Google suite of business tools (e.g., google sheet / doc / slide)
- Strategic and analytical capability : Strong strategic thinking and business intuition, excellent analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
