As a Computer Technician on our team, you will work on-site in Sacramento supporting our client’s technology group, whose core charter is the design and development of BIOS and Firmware for our client’s enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities :
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot tasks to include but not limited to : PC systems, server racks, PDU, test equipment, etc.
- Coordinate with Facilities / IT for lab infrastructure maintenance and upgrade.
- Assist in performing root cause analysis for test and operational issues.
- Purchase, maintain, and replenish inventory of Lab supplies and equipment.
- Asset tracking and maintenance.
- Maintain and organize the lab equipment for efficiency and continuously look for ways to improve lab processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on testing experience in firmware or software development environment with lab equipment
- Fluent in computer assembly as well as OS / SW installation in both Windows and Linux.
- Must be proactive and a strong team player.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation skills), and ability to negotiate effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Storage industry experience and experience with NVMe protocol.
