Remote Legal Intake Specialist

We’re looking for Remote Legal Intake Specialists with Mass Tort Claim Experience! Earn up to $22 / hour! Our client is a vertically integrated, highly profitable direct-to-consumer marketer across the legal industry.

You will be the clients first interaction as they look to enroll in class action lawsuits. The ideal candidate will have Mass Tort Experience!

These are temp-to-hire positions converted to a full-time employee after 480 hours of work!

Pay Rate : Earn up to $19-22 / hr.

Key Responsibilities of Legal Intake Specialist :

• Process client intake in accordance with protocols via text, email, phone
• Obtain pertinent information from clients courteously and professionally.
• Ensures all admission forms are properly signed and complete.
• Respect client dignity or confidentiality
• Meet expectations and / or quota for completing texts, emails, calls.
• Assist other intake specialists as needed.
• Report client conflicts or process quality issues to the supervisor.
• Post and update all new cases in systems promptly and accurately.
• Data entry for new cases and other various tasks.

Key Requirements :

• Previous Mass Tort Claims Experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience working as an intake agent in the legal industry.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and Slack is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and proficient in typing
• Google G Suite, Salesforce, Slack experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and use critical thinking to screen potential claims with direction.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume practice and take initiative.
• Strong multitasker, ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
• Home office or workspace with high-speed internet connection
