Job Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cheese production lines.
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around timely set up for cheese cutting equipment.
Schedule : Monday-Friday starting at 8pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute rapid changes to cheese cutting equipment during production line operations.
- Monitor cheese cutting wear and predict optimal replacement intervals through time studies.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule equipment changes efficiently.
- Continuously improve the equipment change process to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols during equipment changes.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Report any safety concerns promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic understanding of production line equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
