Managed a 4,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, overseeing raw material forecasting and ordering, the production process for over 20 unique spirit products, facility and equipment maintenance, quality control, and planning.
Additionally, directed packaging and shipping logistics for the entire organization.
- Formulated seven products that went into production, many of which earned national awards.
- Responsible for overseeing the production of over $4,000,000 in finished goods over eight years.
- Led manufacturing process for over 30,000 standard cases of products over eight years.
- Managed up to 5 employees at a time, 10 employees total at Lee Spirits over the course of 8 years.
- Employee management included hiring, scheduling, training and development, oversight, reviews and assessments, conflict management and resolution.
- Media-trained spokesperson with a demonstrated ability to effectively represent Lee Spirits in various media interviews.
Dutch Bros Coffee LLC / Warehouse Manager and Barista / August 2012 - October 2016
Oversaw procurement and inventory management for a centralized warehouse, supporting operations across four locations.
- Responsible for ordering, stocking, and distributing seven dairy SKUs between four locations.
- Managed distribution of 52,000 pounds of coffee beans annually between four locations.
- Responsible for ordering, stocking, and distributing over 75 unique consumables.
- Responsible for maintenance of the delivery vehicle including scheduling maintenance services and consumables services.
