Aerotek is currently hiring CNC mill, CNC lathe and JIG grinders for a local company in Springboro, OH
Job Description
- Set up and operate CNCs and Smart CNC Machines with Funuc and Mitsubishi controls.
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously (usually 3), with run times varying from 5 minutes to 40 hours.
- Deburr own parts as needed
- Make slight adjustments to G&M codes.
- Use micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality.
- Work with titanium, aluminum, bronze, copper, and steel alloys.
Shifts & Pay
- 2nd shift 3 : 00PM to 11 : 30AM
- Monday Friday
- $26 to $35 / hr base +$2 shift differential
Must Have
- Machine Set Up : Ability to do 3+ set ups per shift independently
- Tooling : Ability to set tooling independently
- Blueprint : Ability to read / interpret blueprints and drawings
- Precision Measuring : Ability to use micrometers and caliper
