What You'll Learn and Master :

Become a Mortgage Expert : You'll learn to confidently originate mortgage loans, including offering and negotiating terms, taking applications, and gathering all necessary information from clients and business partners.

Drive Results : Work towards and achieve loan production goals set by your Branch Manager, putting your training into practice.

Collaborate and Connect : Team up with our dedicated internal teams, like processors and underwriters, to ensure every loan file moves smoothly from application to closing.

Build Your Brand : Develop and execute a personal marketing plan designed to exceed Fairway's high standards for loan quality and productivity.

Stay Ahead of the Curve : Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on all of Fairway's policies, guidelines, and diverse product offerings.

Ensure Compliance : Understand and adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and federal and state regulations related to mortgage lending, including the SAFE Act, ensuring every transaction is handled with integrity.

Provide Exceptional Service : Respond promptly and expertly to inquiries from consumers and business partners about our mortgage loan products.

Be a Trusted Advisor : Learn to advise consumers on Fairway's lending guidelines and procedures, empowering them with the knowledge they need.

Analyze and Recommend : Develop the skill to analyze consumer financial data and identify the perfect products that align with their financial goals.

Grow Your Network : Begin building and maintaining a valuable network of real estate agents, builders, and other professionals to generate business referrals by actively participating in professional organizations and community activities.

Who We're Looking For :

Aspiration : You're a Loan Officer in Training or have a strong desire to start a career in mortgage lending.

Customer Focus : You're passionate about helping people and delivering excellent service.

NMLS License : While not required to apply, a willingness to obtain your NMLS License is essential.
