Key Responsibilities : Answer inbound and place outbound calls to assist patients with their accountsProcess credit card payments and set up payment arrangements for unpaid balancesResearch insurance claims and maintain accurate account informationRequired Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent is requiredPrevious experience in customer service or call center environment preferredExperience with the medical billing process is preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm
