DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Escalate queries and concerns.

- Must be skilled in any of the following (bookings / reservations, retention / client search, or customer service)
- Must have good to excellent communication skills
- Must be amenable to night shift
