Cumulus Media of Shreveport / Bossier City currently features 5 stations in the metro area and surrounding counties. With a diverse group of stations we hyper-sever the marketplace with top rated mainstream urban, KMJJ-FM and urban AC, KVMA-FM.
In addition to those great brands our cluster is also home to legendary country station, KRMD-FM. We also serve the local community with our hot AC KQHN-FM and Lite-Rock KRMD-AM.

Job Requirements :
- Qualifications :
- Steady career progression as a top performer
- Ideal background a successful track record and reputation as one of the "best" in the advertising sales solutions including integrated, idea-based programs utilizing on-air, on-site, and digital
- Strong business acumen and understanding of lead generation, CRM, account / business development
- Strong goal orientation and ability to coach and lead the sales team
- 7-8 years of steady progression as a sales leader
- 2-3 years' experience as a sales manager or higher
- Responsible for budgeting, strategic account planning and basic understanding of financial statements
- 5 years' experience managing an outside b2b sales force
- Strong understanding of lead generation, CRM / SFA and account mgmt.
- Must be a recognized top-performer, high-energy / hard charging personality with strong goal-orientation and ability to coach and mentor
- Bachelor's degree preferred
