We are searching for a designer passionate about websites and user experience. In this position you will plan and design websites for a diverse client base.
Plaudit is a results oriented team and a good fit for self-starters who care about the quality of the final product. We welcome you to work from home in the Twin Cities area or in our St.
Paul office, now and after the pandemic. This position is limited to individuals who are in driving distance form our St.
Paul office. While most client meetings are currently held over Zoom you will be required to meet clients in person occasionally.
Plaudit Design was established more than 24 years ago as a full-service, digital-first firm specializing in providing online strategies to clients through the creation of websites and delivery of marketing and web application services.

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to develop site plans and present designs
- Create website planning documents (sitemaps, wireframes, etc)
- Design websites and other online marketing assets
- Work with a team to deliver successful and polished projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- A portfolio demonstrating experience with web design
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Bonus Points
- Experience with animation / motion design on the web
- Experience designing print materials
- Experience with branding and logo design
- Photography experience
- An understanding of HTML / CSS
