Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to provide insights into the company's financial health.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, identifying trends and variances.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support specific business needs and special projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus.
