CEO is seeking a Crew Chief here in Troy, NY. The Crew Chief should be proactive, professional and team player. This position requires a strong construction experience and carpentry knowledge.

As A Crew Chief, You Will

• Provide project oversight and training to crew members
• Manage inventory materials, company equipment, and perform proper periodic maintenance of equipment
• Perform weatherization techniques that ensure greater energy efficiency for each unit serviced, up to and including installation / repair of windows and doors, blown-in insulation and air sealing measures
• Problem solve issues that may arise, ultimately ensuring the proper completion of work scope
• Document all aspects of a project, such as the materials utilized and the monitoring of equipment

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience in construction, building trades or a combination of equivalent academic training
• Prior supervisory experience or combination of relevant experience and academic training
• Clean and valid New York State driver's license required
• BPI certification a plus
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred
• Building Analyst 1 Certification preferred
