CEO is seeking a Crew Chief here in Troy, NY. The Crew Chief should be proactive, professional and team player. This position requires a strong construction experience and carpentry knowledge.

As A Crew Chief, You Will
- Provide project oversight and training to crew members
- Manage inventory materials, company equipment, and perform proper periodic maintenance of equipment
- Perform weatherization techniques that ensure greater energy efficiency for each unit serviced, up to and including installation / repair of windows and doors, blown-in insulation and air sealing measures
- Problem solve issues that may arise, ultimately ensuring the proper completion of work scope
- Document all aspects of a project, such as the materials utilized and the monitoring of equipment
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in construction, building trades or a combination of equivalent academic training
- Prior supervisory experience or combination of relevant experience and academic training
- Clean and valid New York State driver's license required
- BPI certification a plus
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred
- Building Analyst 1 Certification preferred
