Title of Position : Kitchen Manager
Job Description : As a Kitchen Manager you will be expected to create an entertaining and exciting dining experience for our customers, supportive and fun culture for employees, and financial success for your restaurant.
Our Kitchen Manager will manage all aspects of management including marketing and human resources, as your restaurant meets the company’s standards of quality, service, and operational excellence.
The Restaurant Kitchen Manager will focus on the delivery of excellent customer service, direct and support team members and manage the restaurant’s profit and loss.
The Kitchen Manager will also prepare employees' schedules and ensure the restaurant is staffed during all shifts.

Qualifications :
- The Kitchen Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- Day time Open availability is a requirement for the Kitchen Manager
- The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Kitchen Manager
- The Kitchen Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
- This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience as a Kitchen Manager
