Job Description

Primary Locations : Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH preferred, but other HUBs accepted due to needing to be onsite 3 days per week. (Hybrid 3x per week)

• Primary - Birmingham, AL; Dallas, TX
• Secondary - Philadelphia, PA; Cincinnati, OH; Kansas City, KS

Required Technical Skills / Experience :

• Apache Impala
• Apache Spark
• Bash, Python and C / C++.
• Creating End User Training Manuals
• End User Training
• Hadoop Cloudera
• Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS)
• PySpark

Education Qualifications :

Bachelors - preferred

Project :

Additional capacity to prepare moving 4000 users over to an upgraded platform; Ensuring that all functions are functions work appropriately and all the user in the migration have the appropriate support; Scaling support

Enterprise function team :

The main is risk reduction in the context of helping to ensure people who are using the platform are able to be productive with upgraded platforms, and existing platforms are running successfully with upgraded platforms.

Describe the current initiatives / project(s) that this resource will be impacting :

Moving 4000 users over to an upgraded platform; Ensuring that all functions are functions work appropriately and all the user in the migration have the appropriate support.

Business Systems Analyst Role and Responsibilities :

• Testing a number of new capabilities for the Hadoop platform
• Working with customers to resolve any issues that they encounter as the get up and running
• Creation of user documentation / training materials
• Code optimization - as the connections and conditions change, update
• Planning and executing user program migration (Go through user programs making sure coordinating production, make sure it's up and running)
• Heavy technical role, with user engagement

Interview process :

• 2 rounds - Small Panels (No more than 3 ppl HM, Tech Team member, Ops Team member ; 30 mins each
