Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual...

  • To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally;
  • while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including;

data management, metrics and reporting. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing.

Successful candidates will be located within the State of Maine.

  • Accurately enter data associated with high volume of Efficiency Maine rebate claim requests
  • Communicate with homeowners and contractors on as-needed basis to resolve various rebate processing-related issues (incomplete requests, non-compliance with program guidelines, etc.)
  • Provide programmatic information and support to the general public and program contractors regarding current program guidelines, incentives and requirements
  • Identify risks and problems with, and / or opportunities to improve current processes and procedures
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Answer and route incoming calls using VoIP system
  • Attend staff meetings and other program support
  • Complete special projects

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...

  • 0-2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • The ability to utilize database and tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong customer service skills, including ability to listen and understand concerns about program operations and to suggest solutions
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team, and to take initiative without losing focus on highest priorities
  • An ability to foster a cooperative work environment

Targeted Compensation Range...

$20-22 / hr. USD
