Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and check patients in / out with professionalism and accuracy.
- Verify insurance information and manage authorizations.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Fax, scan, and file medical documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Preferred : Experience with insurance verification and working in an office setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
