Description
Responsibilities
Serve as primary or secondary event manager of home athletic and business development events as assigned.
Manage setup & breakdown of all home athletic competitions or business development events.
Provide area facility supervision of Franklin Field, the Palestra, Penn Park, River Fields Complex, & the Tse Sports Center.
Oversee evening & weekend programming and work study staff in assigned areas.
Perform Operations administrative work as assigned.
Perform tasks related to game management when necessary (clock / scoreboard operation, PA announcer, ball runner, play music, ticket scanning, etc.)
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
A bachelor’s or master’s degree candidate in Sports Management, Recreation, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in a collegiate athletics & recreation department desired, preferably in event operations or customer service.
Must possess strong oral communication skills and be self-motivated to accomplish tasks on your own.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Pay Range
