On Call Counsel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to join its client's dynamic team; a top law firm in Brooklyn, NY!

Key Responsibilities :

Assist attorneys with case management, including drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Conduct thorough investigations and gather relevant information, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements.

Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.

Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and answer questions.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances.

Prepare trial exhibits, assist with trial preparation, and attend trials as needed.

Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents to courts and other parties.

Qualifications :

Paralegal experience in personal injury law.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
