Technical Support Receptionist/Triage

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Join our team as an Entry-Level Receptionist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer Inbound Calls :
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Create tickets in our ticketing system to be actioned by Technical Support Technicians
  • Manage Email Boxes :
  • Monitor and manage BobCAD-CAM’s support email inboxes promptly and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer emails with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Triage Tickets :
  • Efficiently handle and triage incoming tickets, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate teams or individuals.
  • Follow up on outstanding tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Customer Service :
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all callers and email correspondents.
  • Resolve basic customer issues and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Administrative Support :
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document management.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Friendly and positive demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and ticketing systems.
