Responsibilities :
- Answer Inbound Calls :
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information in a professional and friendly manner.
- Create tickets in our ticketing system to be actioned by Technical Support Technicians
- Manage Email Boxes :
- Monitor and manage BobCAD-CAM’s support email inboxes promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to customer emails with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Triage Tickets :
- Efficiently handle and triage incoming tickets, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate teams or individuals.
- Follow up on outstanding tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Customer Service :
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all callers and email correspondents.
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Administrative Support :
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document management.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly and positive demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and ticketing systems.
