Position : Medical Receptionist
Location : In-office
Supervisor : Director of Operations & Operations Lead
Experience : 1-2 years in a medical office (preferred but not required!)
What You'll Do :
You'll be the face of our clinic-providing a warm welcome to patients and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Some key responsibilities include :
- Greeting patients with a smile (in-person & over the phone )
- Registering new patients and updating patient records
- Managing patient flow and scheduling appointments
- Collecting payments and explaining billing details
- Answering and directing calls like a pro
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Supporting the clinic team in any way needed

What You Bring to the Table :
- A high school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of medical terms and insurance (a plus!)

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft® Excel, email, etc.)
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
