Leads and coordinates all aspects of housekeeping and laundry services, driving exceptional guest and team member satisfaction to deliver unparalleled +1 service.
Champions a culture of quality excellence across guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, and departmental areas.
Empowers and fosters a team dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity, service, and hospitality for guests, colleagues, and customers.
- Cleaning Expertise : Thorough knowledge of guest room cleaning methods and laundry service operation.
- Chemical Safety : Knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
- Equipment Operation : Understanding of equipment like vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers.
- Leadership : Ability to lead the Housekeeping team to achieve exceptional quality, cleanliness, and surpass Drury standards.
- Communication : Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Travel : May require some travel.
