WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on establishing key seasonal graphic stories and trends.
- Responsible for analyzing trends and develop creative, innovative, market leading graphics, within defined merchandising concepts
- Design and create graphics for multiple brands under the Liberated umbrella primarily related to t-shirts
- Ability to define graphic direction and print creation if needed for multiple brands
- Create and provide all graphic assets needed for cut & sew categories
- Present all seasonal cad presentations, collaborate with Sales on feedback / needs, along with cross functional design partners for other categories

Follow up comments in our PLM system
- Work with brand merchants to ensure alignment across categories / channels, while capitalizing on key market trends to identify new / brand right opportunities
- Have an in-depth knowledge of market, trends, innovation, competition, and product, specifically related to graphic design direction
- Ensure products are delivered in time and aligned with the broader product development calendar
- Manage time and action calendar for assigned brands to meet all deadlines
- Products delivered built in full, on time seasonally, hitting calendar and margin targets
- Cultivate your continued passion for art and graphic design
- Create seasonal color cards for the design team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED :
- 4+ years’ experience in graphic design
- Portfolio or website submission when applying
- Detailed experience in screen printing process, application and techniques
- Degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience
- Creative, extremely detail oriented, and highly motivated team player
- Incredible attention to detail and highly organized
- Deadline driven
- Flexible, ability to adapt to change
- Advanced ability with Mac OS
- Advanced ability with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
- Intermediate ability with Word, Excel, Outlook
- Intermediate ability with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Passion for art, design and cultural trends
- This position requires full time hours out of our Costa Mesa location.

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $85,000- $100,000.
This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
