This is a direct hire opportunity. We’re seeking a Business Development Manager. The New Business Development Manager shall have responsibility to grow the Hospital Employed Physician market for a Medical Physician Revenue Cycle Management Company.

Essential Job Functions : Establish and maintain contacts and relationships with (a) hospital manager of the employed physicians of a hospital and (b) independent physician groups.

Demonstrated familiarity with physician coding / billing / collection processPrepare and conduct presentations of outsourcing Revenue Cycle ManagementManage and maintain new clients.

Education / ExperienceDemonstrated familiarity with physician coding / billing / collection processFive years successful experience with comparable customers in healthcare servicesDemonstrated effective written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Area : Regional Compensation : Salary plus commission and competitive benefits.

Personal Growth : Director of future business development staff.
