- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support business initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in senior roles.
- Proven track record of successfully closing large-scale deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
